Is This What She Wants Judges to Consider

Remember my little post about "Justice" Ginsburg wanting to look at the rulings of foreign judges in making U.S. Court decisions? Well I wonder if these are the types of judgments and actions that she is looking for? Let's start hanging people that committed crimes when they were juveniles what do you think?

The fact that the law is different from country to country, state to state, and even city to city shows that "the law" is illegitimate. Right is right and wrong is wrong, and where you are standing at the moment has zero bearing on that fact.
If the law were legitimate it would be consistent- it would be exactly the same everywhere. Consistency doesn't demonstrate legitimacy, of course, but inconsistency certainly illustrates the counterfeit nature of most "laws".
