True American Patriots

Oath Keepers: Oath Keepers: Orders We Will Not Obey

My support to all of you.

More Tea Party Protests

"The symbols of revolution were on full display. There was the famous Colonial flag with a coiled rattlesnake and the words "Don't Tread on Me." Another early American flag showed 13 stars arranged in a circle.
And then there were the tea bags hung from the brims of people's hats and ears."

Quite a lot of protests for such a short time in office for Mr. Obama don't you think? And let's not forget the fact that this is not just coming from "conservatives", but also from quite a few of Mr. Obama's previous supporters. Been paying attention to Jim Cramer lately? Looks like Obama is doing exactly as H.L. Mencken said politicians would. "
The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary."

They Don't Care

"As I've noted before, on the official White House website President Obama states he "support[s] making the expired federal Assault Weapons Ban permanent" despite the fact that such firearms are used in less than 1% of all crimes. The very fact that there have not been mass shootings using these guns after the ban expired proves it." [link]

You know the gun grabber's really have to hate this statistic. Of course they were never one's to let the actual facts of the matter get in their way. Hell if they will run rough shod over the Constitution what won't they do?

Amendment On Guns Divides Residents

"The D.C. vote bill has divided residents of a city that voices an age-old grievance in a slogan at the bottom of automobile license plates: "Taxation Without Representation." At the moment, a Senate bill that would grant that vote contains an amendment that would strip the city of much of its power to regulate firearms. Should the city give up its gun control authority for a meaningful voice in Congress? ...with the amendment that would do away with D.C. gun control law and severely limit the city's authority to pass new firearms restrictions..." [link] (entirety of text is exact, all I did was bold certain words)

Notice all the words in bold? Don't they just jump out now and grab your attention? You need to learn how to strip away the BS from 95% of what you see, hear, and read, and you will eventually come to understand the truth of it all. The government is all about power, regulations, control, restrictions, and authority. There is no longer any "We the People" anymore!
