How well do you think this would work for the average citizen when any of our bills came due?
I could very easily start a rant about this, but I won't, because it would ruin my day, and more than likely end up in the use of harsh profanity.
Send the state an IOU for any extortion they demand.... or better yet, earn your money on the underground market.
