Gun Grabbers Use Lies to Push Their Agenda

"...The bill would close the so-called "gun show/Internet loophole." It would prohibit private sales of pistols or assault weapons unless the buyer or seller was a federally licensed dealer, or used a licensed dealer to transfer the weapon. That includes sales at garage and estate sales and over the Internet, which are currently exempt from background checks." [link]

Yeah, you can read the underlined, bold print again. It was an exact quote from the source. I was under the impression that internet sales had to go through an FFL.

Although I don't know for sure and wouldn't concern myself with violating some "law", I'm supposing that internet sales between residents of the same state who meet face to face for the exchange would be like any other private face-to-face in-state sale. That chaps the hoplophobes' hides.

Exactly, however I think the "law" at least in KY is the firearm must still be shipped thru an FFL.
